RACHEL LEWIS

Rachel joined Morgan Lewis where she represents clients from diverse industries and regularly advises in transactions relating to corporate real estate and the acquisition.

Rachel earned her law degree from Northwestern University School of Law. During law school, Rachel was a note and comment editor for the Journal of Law and Social Policy and served as an  extern for the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC). She earned her master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. Before attending law school, Rachel taught seventh grade in the School District of Philadelphia through Teach for America.

CHARO JACKSON, MBA

Her leadership position as Director of Business Administration and Finance is responsible for all activities and staff supervision within Corporate Services, which includes all financial functions (e.g., billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, annual budgeting and forecasting, and managed care), information technology services and facility services. This position serves as a member of the Senior Management Team to set the organizational culture and values and to promote high quality, efficient and effective internal operations.

MyLinh Nguyen, R.N.

As a Nurse Care Director, Mylinh’s responsibilities involve overseeing nursing care for HomeCare and Home Health consumers by supervising employees, setting goals, establishing care standards, and managing finances. She also serves as a liaison between the nursing staff and consumers, doctors and additional care support teams. Additional roles include addressing problems or concerns and suggesting changes and improvements.

BRIAN MIRANDA

As Director of Compliance and Operations, Brian oversees Corporate Compliance, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. Brian ensures the Board of Directors, management and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the organization’s Standards of Conduct.
